The Convention Services Managers work in conjunction with a Catering Manager to cover all your needs while at Mandalay Bay from catered food & beverage to internet connections this team can take care of it. We even have “human PDA’s” to keep you connected! Our Professional Detail Associates (PDA’s) are easily identifiable in their red jackets and are constantly “on the floor” overseeing your set up, assisting with any last minutes changes and just being supportive to your every need. They are the Mandalay Bay version of a meeting concierge and are receiving rave reviews.
