The menu creatively brings together Safe Harbor sustainable sea food, all natural meat and produce with our very own grown herbs pulled directly from Mandalay Bay's greenhouse. THEcafé is the place in Las Vegas to go for Hand Crafted specialty Bloody Mary's and features 6 Bloodies for our guests to choose from.
