Guests pass through a 22-foot tall wall of fire and are met with the cool rush of a waterfall followed by a spectacular three-tiered dining area. Boasting the world’s largest rum list, rumjungle is a rum lover's paradise. Enjoy a truly unique dining experience with rumjungle’s fixed price Rodizio. Served in the style of a Brazilian Churrascaria, the Rodizio features unlimited quantities of freshly grilled meat and fowl with accompaniments and condiments dramatically served tableside from three foot cooking spears. Rodizio includes such grilled specialties as Bacon Wrapped Jerk Spiced Chicken with chipotle-guava barbecue sauce; and Rum and Tamarind Glazed Pork with Golden Pineapple.
rumjungle also offers an exotic “a la carte” menu featuring such delicacies as Ahi Tuna "Poke" with Wakame Salad, Tropical Fruit Ceviche and Plantain Chips; Coconut Shrimp with mesclun greens, vanilla bean oil and coconut-curry dipping sauce; Argentinean Style Skirt Steak with chimichurri mashed potatoes, roasted shallots and habanero demi-glaze; and Caribbean Curried Jambalaya with shrimp, salmon, chorizo, chicken, coconut curry broth, grilled pineapple and coconut-scallion rice.”
