Where to Purchase
Amounts of $20 to $500 can be purchased online or in person at the Mandalay Bay Concierge desk. Up to $500 can only be purchased in person at the Mandalay Bay Concierge. All gift cards are shipped to the entered address (no pickup or will-call). A personalized note can be included with each order, including a handwritten note if so desired. A $2 processing fee is assessed per card.
Where to use the Gift Card
The Mandalay Bay Gift Card is accepted at participating merchants at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas and
MGM Resorts International properties. The Mandalay Bay Gift Cards may not be used for gaming activities or hotel reservations and are not redeemable for cash. Although Mandalay Bay Gift Cards can be applied to a hotel stay bill, they cannot be used to reserve a room in advance. See the

Gift Card Expiration
An expiration date is listed on the back of your Mandalay Bay Gift Card. Upon this date, your card will expire and you will lose all rights in or to the card funds.
Service Fees
Unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee will be deducted monthly from the card balance starting on the first day after a one-year period of inactivity. Activity means any action resulting in an increase or decrease in the card balance, other than the imposition of a fee, or an adjustment due to an error or reversal of a prior transaction. Determining the available balance
The original balance should be indicated in the first white box located on the back of the Gift Card. At any time, you can confirm the available balance at: Mandalay Bay Gift Card selling locations, online at www.getmybalance.com, or by phone at 800.926.2371 (automated phone). You must have the full Mandalay Bay Gift Card number and card security code, both located on the back of the Gift Card, in order to check your balance.
The balance also appears in the authorization code on the receipt for purchases made with your Mandalay Bay Gift Card. Simply replace the X in the authorization code with a decimal. For example, 050X00 means $50.00 remaining. 1EMPTY means $0.00 remaining.
You may keep track of your available balance on the back of the Mandalay Bay Gift Card.
Adding Funds
The Mandalay Bay Gift Card is not re-loadable. However, returns and credit amounts can be placed back on to the card by a merchant.
Declines
The Mandalay Bay Gift Card will be declined if the authorization amount exceeds the available balance. If a transaction is declined, the customer should check the balance (see Determining the Available Balance), tell the cashier how much is available on the Mandalay Bay Gift Card to use toward the purchase, and pay the remainder with another form of payment.
Using multiple forms of payment
If the Mandalay Bay Gift Card available balance is not enough to cover the entire amount of the purchase, you can use another form of payment to complete the transaction. The customer should inform the cashier how much to deduct from the Mandalay Bay Gift Card and how much to deduct from the other payment method(s). Please note that some stores are not able to split purchases between Mandalay Bay Gift Cards and credit or debit cards. In these cases, a customer may need to pay the difference in cash or by check.
Returns, exchanges or disputes
Subject to their return policy, merchants may credit Mandalay Bay Gift Cards back to the Mandalay Bay Gift Card used to make the original purchase. For this reason, it is very important that customers keep Mandalay Bay Gift Cards and receipts. Funds credited by the merchant will be available 3-5 days after the return is processed. If the Mandalay Bay Gift Card is not present, the merchant may issue a store credit, store valued Mandalay Bay Gift Card or exchange. Please note that voided transactions may take up to 7 days to be credited back to the Mandalay Bay Gift Card's available balance.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards
Store your 16-digit Gift Card number and/or Mandalay Bay Gift Card purchase receipt in a safe location in case your Mandalay Bay Gift Card is lost or stolen. To prevent unauthorized transactions on a lost/stolen card, contact the Mandalay Bay Gift Card selling location immediately to have your Gift Card locked. Mandalay Bay Gift Cards may be replaced for a fee of $1.00; Mandalay Bay Gift Card number and proof of purchase are required for replacement. See

Available Denominations
Mandalay Bay Gift Cards may be purchased online in any amount not exceeding $500.
Shipping and other charges
Online purchases will be assessed a $2.00 per card Online Convenience Fee plus applicable shipping. Shipping options for orders containing 5 or fewer cards are: UPS Ground, $13.50; Second-day delivery, $16.85; Overnight delivery, $25.50 or Saturday delivery, $24.00. An additional $0.50 per card will be applied for each card after the initial 5, regardless of shipping method. Shipping charges will apply to each unique shipping address in a given order.
Processing time
Orders placed on a weekday will be fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be fulfilled within 48 hours. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped. Please allow for applicable shipping time.
Purchase restrictions
Due to regulatory restrictions, Gift Cards cannot be sold through the Internet to purchasers located in any of the following states, and Gift Cards cannot be shipped to recipients located in any of the following states: Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. In addition, Gift Cards cannot be sold to purchasers located in New York. Gift Cards may not be shipped internationally. If you are affected by these restrictions and would like to have Mandalay Bay South Convention Business Center hold the cards for pick-up, please contact the South Convention Business Center at 702.322.5700 to process your order.
Online Payment Options
Online purchases may be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Credit card transactions are processed via a secure payment gateway. All purchases made on this site will appear as "Mandalay Bay Online Sales" on your credit card statement. All credit cards must have a U.S. billing address.
Order Confirmation & Fulfillment Emails
Details of your purchase will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout. A second email will be sent when your order has been shipped.
Changing or canceling your order
All orders are final upon confirmation via the online ordering interface. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Delivery confirmation
All shipping methods offered provide delivery confirmation. Confirmation of delivery serves as proof of receipt. Actual delivery time will vary based on when the order was shipped and the shipping method used. If your order has not arrived in the expected time frame, please contact us via email. Be sure to include your order number.
