For new groups of 15 rooms or more over available dates we will provide:
- 1/40 complimentary policy
- 1/25 upgrade to a one-bedroom suite at the group rate
- Up to six (6) complimentary room nights for site/pre-planning purposes
- 20% off of Audio Visual equipment, excluding labor
- 30% allowable, cumulative attrition
- Complimentary 1-hour massage treatment for planner contact during site/pre-planning visit
- 10% discount on all Convention Center catered food & beverage
For programs less than 250 sleeping rooms on peak, we are pleased to offer the following additional concessions:
- No food & beverage minimum
- No attrition
