The night, hosted throughout Delano Las Vegas, will showcase Farm-to-Table Cuisine with Mexican and Latin flair as the fifth installment of Della’s Kitchen’s Farmhouse Dinner Series: Cinco de Mayo.

Guests will be welcomed into Delano Las Vegas’ art-adorned lobby at 6 p.m. for a one-hour cocktail reception featuring Desert Sustainable passed hors d’oeuvres and live food stations courtesy of Della’s sustainability and culinary partner Border Grill.

Della’s farmhouse growers and providers will be on-hand with samples of their wares for this upscale-casual meet & greet. Adult Beverages for the event will be provided by Franklin Lounge including sangria, craft beers, and premium tequila cocktails.

At 7pm, guests will be invited to enjoy a four-course menu created by Delano Las Vegas Chef Jay Calimlim. Highlights of the dinner include chile relleno croquetta, octopus carpaccio, and Guajillo-rubbed pork shank as well as contributions from award-winning Pastry Chef Christophe Feyt and the Border Grill culinary team.
